Hillsborough Rotary is raffling off a 2016 Harley Davidson, with the drawing to be held on Saturday August 20, at the Rotary Fair in Hillsborough. All proceeds benefit local charities, organizations and residents in need of financial assistance. The bike was on display at HRC Fitness on July 26.
