Employee Spotlight:
Meet CJ

CJ Bagneski has been a custom wood grill door technician at Valley Custom Door for over 20 years. He spends most of his time designing and creating various decorative grills for glass cabinet doors. "I love the technical aspect of my job," he shared. "Additionally, the way cabinet doors are put together is not just science; I love how each one becomes its own art project."

When it comes to cabinetry, CJ is the jack of all trades and fills in the gaps where needed. He believes the team of hardworking people who take pride in their work is what makes Valley Custom Door different. "There's a general consensus that people want to do a good job because they know it leads to great quality work," said CJ. "We truly enjoy the work that we do."

Outside of Valley Custom Door, CJ participates in Civil War reenactments where community members represent real veterans from the area. He also enjoys helping his wife with their garden and playing with their two shelties, Ginny and Rosie.
