Cuomo, Sanders Speak To Hillary's Home State NY Delegates At DNC
Gov. Andrew Cuomo had a full schedule Tuesday at the Democratic National Convention, aimed at showcasing some of his strengths, including supporting LGBT rights and helping the homeless.

"Connect: NY" explores the impact a Constitutional Convention in New York could have on the state's legal system. Joining host Susan Arbetter for the conversation are Syracuse Mayor Stephanie Miner, Soffiyah Elijah, who's Executive Director, Correctional Association, Professor Emeritus Peter Galie of Canisius, and executive director John Warren of Central New York Services, Inc.
