Update on Pending Sale of Lodge and Spa at Cordillera

Hello Cordillera Property Owners,

This week the legal team continued to revise the appeal to address the new interpretation made by Eagle County Managing Director of Community Development in response to the request for interpretation from Behringer Harvard.

Once we submit the appeal, due by August 10, we will await a new hearing date before the Board of County Commissioners.
