July 20
YOUTHWORX RIVER TUBING
We are tubing down the Delaware with Bucks County River Country on Wednesday, July 20! First UCC, Augustus, and Trinity youth are invited; please respond ASAP to Jon in the Church Office or [email protected] .  Tickets are $17 (includes lunch).

JULY 23-30 - 2016 ONE DREAM MISSION TEAM
The trip to Camden, NY will take place on July 23 - July 30, 2016.  Questions?  Please contact Dean or Linda at [email protected] 

FOOD DONATIONS - The mission trip group is looking for the congregations help in providing food for our trip.  For dinners, we are looking for people to make:
  • Lasagna (red and white sauce)
  • Baked ziti
  • Homemade spaghetti sauce for spaghetti
  • Taco meat
For lunches and snacks, we are looking for individual bags of:
  • Chips
  • Pretzels
  • Crackers
  • Cookies
  • Homemade baked goods (cookies, brownies, etc.)
Also, for gardeners that would like to donate vegetables, please bring them into the church kitchen.  When you bring these items in, please mark it for the mission trip.  A sign-up sheet will be in the Narthex.  If you have any questions, please contact Cheryl.  Thank you in advance from the mission trip group!

July 23 -  MISSION TRIP SEND-OFF BREAKFAST
The 2016 Mission Team will be going to Camden, New York from July 23 through 30.  Please join the sending off of this year's Mission Team with breakfast and prayer on Saturday, July 23 at 7:00 a.m. at Caitlyn and Cody's Diner, 1907 John Fries Highway (Route 663) near the turnpike entrance where we will enjoy a delicious $10 breakfast buffet.  In order to give the restaurant an idea how many of us are coming for breakfast, please let Linda know if you are planning to attend. 

July 31 - CHURCH PICNIC
Calling all First Church families and their friends: Plan on joining us on Sunday, July 31, for a picnic outside under the trees (weather permitting) starting at noon.  This gives you time to go home change clothes, pick up your food for the picnic, and gather some friends.  Please sign up in the hall under the "Picnic" sign or by emailing the Church Office here and also sign up to bring a favorite food (or two) that you remember from past family picnics.  We are looking for appetizers, salads, desserts, and snacks.
