Welcome to the mid-July edition of the MAXIFY Your Life! newsletter. As we enter Week 4 of the Summer 2016 MAX Challenge, it's important to keep your goals "Top of Mind." That simply means, thinking about your "WHY" every single day and focusing on the end result you envisioned achieving when you committed to THE MAX Challenge. Here's a few quick and easy strategies to keep your goals in front of you consistently:
1. Write your goals on Post It Notes and put them everywhere you will see them often. Stick them on your vanity mirror, your computer, your refrigerator, the dashboard of your car and your night-stand.
2. Take your BEFORE picture and put it on your refrigerator. Next to it, put a picture of someone you want to look like at the end of Week 10. The picture should excite you and finding it should be fun!
3. Take a 3x5 card and write your goals on it. Fold the card and carry it in your pocket or purse and review it a minimum of 4 times a day. Read them in the morning as soon as you wake up, at lunch, dinner and before you go to bed. We all have a busy life and distractions that can take of us of track and focus.
This one simple strategy could be the reminder you need to Take It To THE MAX!
