If you plan to stay at the Historic Hotel Colorado, please call the hotel directly at (800) 544-3998 and mention Colorado HFMA to get preferred rate of $115.00 plus tax. Room cut-off date for reservations is August 21, 2016. All major credit cards are accepted at the hotel. Cancellation of reservations must be made according to hotel policies.

Overflow space is available at Courtyard by Marriott at the room rate of $132 plus tax. Call 970-947-1300 for room  reservations and mention Colorado HFMA to get our preferred rate. Room cutoff date is August 22, 2016.

2016 Great Fall Rural Retreat Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration

The Colorado Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) is currently seeking sponsors/exhibitors for our Fall Conference September 21-23, 2016 at the Hotel Colorado. This is an annual event of the Colorado Chapter and we expect to have over 120 attendees representing Colorado healthcare providers throughout our state and nearby states. 

Exhibits in the ballroom are limited to 19. 4 additional spaces are available in the foyer.

Company Representatives: This registration reserves your exhibit booth or sponsorship only.  ALL COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES WILL NEED TO REGISTER SEPARATELY VIA OUR ATTENDEE REGISTRATION. 

Your confirmation email will provide you with a promo code to enter in order to access your complimentary registration.

Exhibit Hours:  Set up will be available from 1:00 - 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 21, 2016. The opening reception is being held offsite at Glenwood Canyon Brewpub.  Exhibits need to be in place by the open of the conference on Thursday morning at 7:00 AM.  Tear down can take place after the last break on Friday morning.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to August 24, 2015 in order to recieve a refund.  Any cancellations after that time will only be eligible for a refund of 50% of their registration fee.
