Victor Lewis Cook: Born in Sylacauga Alabama in 1955 as Victor L. Player. I spent some time there before moving to the LA county area in California. I spent the next 50 years growing up in the LA Orange county area. I am currently working as a Senior Staff Quality Assurance Engineer for the Lockheed Martin Corporation.Earlier years, I served in the USAF as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician and Supervisor for eight years and thereafter started with the Rockwell International and McDonnell Douglas now Boeing company working as the Quality Assurance Inspector and was promoted to the Estimating and Pricing Specialist (Contracts and Pricing) for eight years on the same program. After 20 years with Boeing CONUS, I transferred to Boeing International Support Systems working with Al Salam Aircraft Company for the C-130 Offset Program in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. Thereafter, I spent four year in Afghanistan as a n Army Contractor.I possess:Master of Business Administration, Aviation (MBA Aviation) from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.Master of Aeronautical Science (MAS) with Specializations in Aeronautics, Management and Space Studies from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.Bachelor of Science (BS), Professional Aeronautics, Minor: Aviation | Aerospace System Safety from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.Bachelor of Science (BS), Business Administration, Minor: Operations Management from DeVry Institute of Technology.Certification, Certified Quality Auditor, ASQ.Certified, FAA A&P Mechanic/Technician No. 2654962 (AMT/T).Utilizing experience and education gain over the years in the Aerospace and Aviation industry I have developed expertise in delivering quality assurance and control solutions for production, manufacturing, maintenance and sustainment activities. All this required academic excellence and hands-on experience with the products and services.

Never one to follow the crowd, Ivor Dawson followed his own path to space education as well as his approach to teaching it. In 1998, he became director of an experimental space museum that featured interactive, full- scale replicas of famous space vehicles and hardware.  Before the year ended, Ivor launched the Traveling Space Museum with a founding grant from Lockheed-Martin Corp. to bring the interactive space museum to students.  Traveling Space Museum has engaged more than 800,000 students across America with two touring companies on both coasts.In 2008, Traveling Space Museum was the winner of the California Space Authority’s Buzz Aldrin Space Education and Workforce Award as the best space education program in the state.  From 2010 to 2015, Ivor was an education outreach vendor for NASA and received astronaut training at the Ames, Johnson and Armstrong Research Centers.  He is one of only a few informal educators to successfully land a shuttle orbiter at the Vertical Motion Simulator at NASA Ames and the only informal space educator to fly aboard NASA’s Stratospheric Observatory for Inferred Astronomy (SOFIA) along with his friend and associate Nichelle Nichols. Ivor is Ms. Nichols speechwriter, space policy adviser and personal assistant and has been since 1998.   He is also an on-screen contributor in a new documentary film produced by Benjamin Crump called Woman in Motion --the story of Nichelle Nichols. 

Darren DuPar is CEO-Owner of Twin Eng and Mfg, Inc., a small aerospace company that engineers and manufactures electrical wiring harnesses and electro-mechanical devices for military and commercial aircrafts and is a sub-contractor to prime government military contractors. Mr. DuPar has over 30 years in the aerospace industry as an Avionics and Electrical Technician and has held various positions in management, systems test, and as an Electrical Systems Manufacturing Engineer. He launched his career in aerospace at Martin Marietta Aerospace as an Electronics Technician on the Space Shuttle Program and later used his expertise as a Research & Development Technician at Northrop Grumman on the B-2 Bomber initial development stage.
He continued his career at Northrop Grumman as an Avionics Technician for the past 16 years where he was responsible for all electrical and avionics systems validations for flight performance. During his tenure at Northrop Grumman he worked on various unmanned and stealth projects and performed engineering changes and modifications on the F/A-18 Growler at domestic US Naval Bases. He also had the opportunity to be part of a team that was responsible for the Global Hawk and Fire Scout 2 groundbreaking unmanned military aircraft.
After 35 years, Darren combined his technical expertise, industry knowledge, and entrepreneurial aspirations to form Twin Eng and Mfg, Inc. He provides a unique perspective as an in-demand avionics expert highly valued throughout the lifecycle of manned and unmanned military and commercial aircraft.
Mr. DuPar received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He holds certificates in Electrical and Avionics systems. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his longtime companion, 4 children and 3 grandchildren, Bella his beloved dog, and traveling to visit family in New Orleans, LA.

Competence and successes includes subject matter expert (SME) on hardware design and development for land, maritime, airborne and space, semiconductors, microelectronics (including ASICs, FPGA, analog, digital and mixed signal), parallel computing including CSP and transputers, radiation and nuclear effects, lasers, optics and development of thin film protection for severe environments and Aircraft, Space Life Support Systems Physiological Monitoring, On Board Oxygen Generating Systems (OBOGS). Materials development, characterization, failure analysis. The development and control of high energy density and high power density systems including battery, pulsed power, alternative energy, combined portable energy sources. Development of satellites and space systems. Survivability, vulnerability assessments for known space radiation environments. As adjunct professor at NU School of Engineering and Computing, Applied Engineering Lindsay teaches both undergraduate and graduate level courses in Electromagnetic Theory, VLSI Microelectronics Design, Electronic Circuits and Systems, Digital Logic Design, Digital Logic Design Lab, Design and Analysis of Experiments, Concurrent Design Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Senior Capstone Designs & patents, Manufacturing Design Engineering, Cybersecurity Technology, Red Teaming. 

Mr. Moises Seraphin has been a Field Engineer at Stäubli Electrical Connectors since 2017, covering Southern California. He currently serves as the AIAA Los Angeles Section Young Professionals Chair. Mr. Seraphin is an active member of SAE and was honored to present at the 2019 AEISS on High Density Electrical Contacts for MEA (More Electric Aircraft). In recent years Mr Seraphin completed the Jack Franchetti Executive Presentation Course and Dale Carnegie Leadership Development. As a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc, Mr. Seraphin was distinguished for community service in both Northern California and Virginia. Prior to joining Stäubli he worked as an Applications Engineer at Altec Industries in Roanoke, VA and Sacramento, CA. While at Altec he won the 2016 National Engineering Symposium on Innovative Ideas to Revolutionize our Industry. Mr. Seraphin earned his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia. He has also worked on projects from the Office of Naval Research, US Navy, and was honored as a distinguish Aerospace Engineering Alumni at Virginia Tech for his 2012 Ted Talk.

Mike Wallace, 2019 Bio Page 1Michael (Mike) Wallace has more than 34 years in the aerospace industry in various technical positions from project engineering, to project management and systems engineering. He currently works as a Senior Systems Engineering Manager at Raytheon Corporation where he is the SEIT IPT Lead managing a multi-million dollar Foreign Military Sales (FMS) FA/18 Radar Program. Prior to his current positon, Mike work for Northrop Grumman where he had roles of increasing responsibility ranging from, but not limited to, the Avionics Systems Engineering Department Manager, Deputy Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) IPT Manager on a Special Program, and the B-2 Technical Integration IPT manager. He also served as the acting Director of Systems Engineering, where he helped organize and manage a systems engineering functional organization of over 500 people.Prior to Northrop Grumman, Mike worked for Teledyne Electronics Safety Products (ESP) as a project manager, where he led a team of engineers from various engineering disciplines in successfully developing sequencing products for the United States (U.S.) Navy and U.S. Air Force. Mike also served 4 years in the United States Air Force on active duty, plus 11 years with the United States Civil Service at Edwards AFB, CA.Mike has been involved in many extra curricula activities. He was a mentor at Northrop Grumman “Pay it Forward” mentoring program. He served as a mentor in the Leadership Development Program (LDP) for two years and he has mentored in the System Engineering Associate (SEA) Program. Mike was a Systems Engineering and Integration instructor at California State University of Long Beach for 5 years and he also taught Algebra, Statistics and Calculus at Antelope Valley College for 13 years. Mike has been involved in the systems engineering community since 2004 and he was the President of the International Council on Systems Engineering Los Angeles (INCOSE-LA) Chapter in 2014 and the Vice President of the International Council on Systems Engineering LA-Chapter in 2013. He was also a committee member on the Antelope Valley Mathematics Science Engineering and Technology (MSET) for 5 years. His level of involvement was to support the local high schools in planning curriculum for STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) related programs.In 2018, Mr. Wallace was the Key Note Speaker for the California State University of Long Beach Antelope Valley Engineering program. Mr. Wallace received an award from the San Fernando Valley Council of Engineers for his effort and support in helping the B-2 Enterprise obtain a level 5 rating for CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) in 2007. He has completed a Graduate Certificate in System Architecture and Engineering from USC, a Certificate in Systems Engineering from California Institute of Technology (Cal Tech) and a Certificate in Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt from the University of Villanova. He is also a Raytheon Sig Sigma Specialist and he has completed his Raytheon Program Manager Certification – IPT Lead (PM Level 6 and PM Level 5).
