Did you know that emails sent from the Massachusetts HIV Drug Assistance Program (HDAP) are encrypted to SECURE your confidential information?
If you receive a SECURE email from Community Research Initiative of New England (CRI), click on the "Open Message" box in the ZixCorp secure email:


If you are a new user, you must register your account to open the email by entering your email address and creating a password.
 
If you are an existing user, you can sign in with your email address and password.
 
Forgotten passwords can be reset by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" box on the sign in page: 


User passwords expire and must be reset every 60 days. Users will not get a separate notice about the password expiring until the next time they log in when they will get a pop-up notice stating that their password has expired and instructions on how to reset the password.

NOTE: Please email or call the HDAP, CHII or BRIDGE staff member who sent you the email if you were not able to open the ZixCorp secure email message.
