One of our long time customers, Fantini Baking Company , recently turned to Gemini when they were looking to increase their existing flour system capacity. The new installation involved the integration of a Gemini/KB Systems Outdoor Flour Silo with 100,000 lbs. of capacity to an existing ingredient handling system. The system included one outdoor flour silo measuring 12’ diameter by 42’ height, newly designed down diverters, pneumatic conveying, and a newly designed KB centrifugal sifter. Fantini Baking Company was very happy with the installation and integration process and looks forward to working with Gemini for several other upcoming projects.
