Home.
What is it?
Where is it?
Home isn't something that is on this Earth. We try to make our Earthly home comfortable and express who we are, by the things that surround us.
Home is unearthly. It is the spirit that resides within.
Like the turtle, we carry our spiritual home with us everywhere we go.
It is our beliefs, our dreams and our inner peace. It is how we conduct ourselves. How we shine and how we defend. It is our joy and our potential.
Our home is in our heart.
We must merge the head and the heart. To be congruent.
What have you been living that isn't truly authentic to your heart? Is there something you created in your world that doesn't speak purely with what the spirit within agrees with? Are you living how others want you to live?
During this retrograde period we are to step back and assess how we have been living, and how or what doesn't resonate with our spirit any longer?
If you make a change, will it disappoint others? Probably.
If you change your path will you finally be free?
We come to a cross roads so many times in our lives. It makes us aware that we have choices. We are never, ever trapped! There are so many ways to live our life authentically. To find our inner home!
Our spirit is constantly calling to us. Our intuition is our connection to spirit. What is your spirit telling you?
Living a life where our inner home is given support, where you acknowledge your own inner feelings, and realize that your home is not where you are but WHO you are, is so freeing!
You were born to be free. We just attach cords to ourselves that anchor us to things and people, because we want others to be happy. But, is that bringing you peace?
Are you living authentically, how your spirit is telling you you should live?
We are in the energy of Libra in Taurus. It's about living in your truth. Finding joy in life and merging stability with career and home. Loving what you are doing and believe in who you are.
Let go of needing to work or live in a way that you know deep within, isn't jiving with your inner self. Time and your happiness is more important than money or status. Materialism is only of this Earth.
Live authentically and support your inner home.
It needs you so desperately to acknowledge it.
Follow your inner truth and you will never be disappointed.
Your spirit will always lead you to success.

I feel that my compassionate coaching style comes from my deep life experiences along with a lifelong partnership with horses. This guided relaxing meditation will help you feel it. Easy for anyone to do, just follow along. Will also help you develop your third eye. We sit in chairs during meditation.

If you have learned Reiki 1 from any teacher and would like to learn more this class is for you! Requirement is Reiki 1. You will learn the Sacred Symbols of Usui Reiki, and learn distant healing, as per Master Mikao Usui. Receive a booklet, certificate and an attunement. We will share Reiki at the end of class where I will show you extra teachings with working with the crystals, and crystal alignment, the Chakras, what they are, and how to clear them and invoking the Angels, how to release blocks and clear the Aura.
