Gratitude.
Of course we are going into Thanksgiving this week and it makes sense that we need to hold gratitude in our hearts.
We also have gone into a Mercury Retrograde period which will last for the next 3 weeks.
This is a time to reflect, rejuvenate, regroup and renew.
In reflecting our past, we remember our loved ones who have crossed over.
What do you remember about them?
What beliefs did they instill on you, that you live today?
In this time of gratitude and retrograde, it is all about valuing who you are and how others that have passed on, helped you to become that beautiful person you are today.
Even if you didn't agree with this past loved one, or didn't even like them!
Loved ones on the other side want you to learn from their mistakes. They want to show you that life isn't about money or grandeur, but it boils down to the essence of why we are here. What we can do for others.
I talk to loved ones on the other side so often and they always tell me that objects and items just don't matter to them anymore. It is about love and how we support each other. It is also about valuing who we are, most of all. They tell me so often that they are proud of us and we need to value ourselves and not allow ourselves to be victimized.
That it's ok if we have to make choices, draw boundaries and speak up.
Loved ones want us to remember those little times of connecting with them, memories of the past that make us feel loved and supported. Encouraging us to be more than what we think we are. To be empowered.
Take this Thanksgiving to remember what they did for us. Even if it is difficult to see. Remember and have gratitude for how it made you who you are today.
Your potential is infinite. Your support, overflowing.
This month is also about boundaries.
I say if you don't like it, don't do it. If something your working on or a relationship is difficult, stop, re-evaluate what you are giving and realize that you have choices.
We are never stuck.
We always have options. You just have to be open to them.
Don't fall into the trap of saying, "I did it before and I can do it again."
We are not meant to re-do.
We are meant to hit the needle off the broken record, smash the record player and
do it a new way.
Others may not like it but,
C'est la vie! (That's life) Don't get attached to others' drama!
Stand in your own power.
Walk the walk.
You have spirit's hands on your back.
Always supported.
all my love,
Cristina
