“This is another good step forward,” Board Chair Del Rae Williams, Mayor of Moorhead, said.
“The Minnesota DNR has been working hard on this document. They started work during the Governors’ Task Force last year. They incorporated public comments and evaluated many issues. This is a really thorough document. I’m thankful to the DNR, Gov. Dayton and Gov. Burgum for their leadership and all the staff who have worked on reviewing Plan B.”
