Shortly after Joshua was born, his mother began to notice he was constantly coughing and sneezing. As any new mother would, she asked the doctor what was wrong with her newborn. He told her that nothing was wrong and that it was completely normal.
IHOP hosted its annual campaign from January 29 up to Free Pancake Day on March 12. As South Florida’s Children’s Miracle Network Hospital partner, all funds raised at IHOP stores throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties will benefit the patients and families at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.

Inspire hope and celebrate life at the 5 th Annual Nico's Promise Fashion Show and luncheon, Sunday, May 5. This event benefits Nico's Promise, a Journey of Hope and Healing at Nicklaus Children's Hospital, providing ongoing support to bereaved families. Tables and tickets still available!
Ventilator-Dependent Children Enjoy Week-long Camp Thanks to Donors
Dozens of children who are ventilator-dependent enjoyed a stress-free day on Miami Beach last month as part of the Dr. Moises Simpser Ventilation Assisted Children's Center (VACC) Camp. The week-long camp has hosted over 250 families in its 31 years, and the experience is provided at no cost to the families.
Thanks to Sunshine Gasoline for hosting their annual month long campaign at their 350+ gas stations through Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe counties, and raising a total of $40,000 to benefit the patients and families at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Foundation.
