About Payne Pest Management
Owners Willie and Kathleen Payne grew up in San Diego and are passionate about supporting live Smooth Jazz.
They started Payne Pest Management 11 years ago and now have three offices and 48 employees. They are proud parents of three children and they have 10 grandchildren. "We are so excited to be partnering with Rainbow Promotions to bring back the music we love to our beautiful hometown, San Diego, where it all began many years ago.
