NATIONAL SURVEY: GOOD ORAL HEALTH OUTPERFORMS CLEAR SKIN FOR MAKING ADULTS FEEL CONFIDENT
Confidence can affect many aspects of an adult's life, spanning successful relationships, career, and earning potential. According to a recent national survey from Delta Dental, Americans relate success with smiling often. More than half of adults (53%) say their smile has a bearing on their overall success. The majority of adults (70%) say a smile can make or break a first impression.
In addition to a smile, what makes Americans feel confident as they take on the day? Delta Dental's Adult Oral Health & Well-Being Survey indicates that good oral health (67%) makes the majority of Americans feel confident, surpassing other top reasons of clear skin (60%) and being in shape (57%).
