A Cure Worth Fighting For

Denim Day Rescheduled for November 6th
Marquette to Celebrate Denim Day this Friday, Nov. 6th; Fundraising Goal of $750.00 Set
Breast Cancer Awareness Month may be officially behind us, but help is needed the other 11 months, too.

Now that we're together again, Marquette is happy to announce it will observe its annual Denim Day on Friday, November 6th. Students, staff, and faculty are encouraged to wear pink tops with blue jeans this Friday in exchange for a minimum $5 donation to the American Cancer Society.

This year, we've set a fundraising goal of $750.00. With full participation on November 8th, we'll shatter that!

Since Denim Days were established in 1996, participants have raised $98 million toward breast cancer programs and services. Included in these programs and services are investments in research along with providing transportation for patients and a place to stay.

Break out your pink tops and blue jeans this Friday and let's make breast cancer a thing of the past!
