Wheelchairs still available

CILO has a few brand new manual wheelchairs still available at no cost for persons who are in need of mobility assistance and are unable to acquire a wheelchair due to limited resources. Chairs have vinyl seats measuring 18" wide and 16" deep. To find out if you or someone you know may be eligible for one of the chairs, please email us.

Support Services Specialist

Assist CILO's Permanent Housing Coordinator in administering the Permanent Supportive Housing program designed to assist homeless individuals/families with disabilities secure long-term housing and financial stability. Provide employment supports, including: workshops, resume building, time management, budgeting etc. Assist consumers within the Permanent Housing Program to find, apply, and maintain employment. 2018 Consumer Protection Forum 

Local experts will educate Medicare beneficiaries, the community, caregivers, professionals and others about consumer protection, and fraud in the health insurance programs of Medicare and Medicaid. Registration required. Learn more here .

A new three-part web series called "How I See It" focusing on how accessible technology can help people with and without disabilities in their everyday lives. Hosted by advocate Robert Shuemak, each 10 minute episode features new guests.

Public Transit Survey
Cincinnati Metro - Riders and Non-Riders are invited to participate.

The Humans Service Chamber of Hamilton County invites you to participate in a simple yet comprehensive survey regarding fare increases, a sales tax levy, and bus system changes in 2018. Click here to take the online survey. Paper surveys are available by request.
