Citywide Referenda

At the bottom of the ballot are four referenda.

(1) Should recreational use of marijuana be legalized? 

Vote Yes.

(2) Do you support a comprehensive strategy to address the opioid and heroin epidemic? 

Vote Yes. 

(3) Should the state preserve insurance benefits under the Affordable Care Act? 

Vote Yes.

(4) Should the state stiffen penalties for gun traffickers and ban "bump stocks"? 

Vote Yes

EARLY VOTING INFORMATION

Early Voting for the Primary Election has begun, and runs until March 19. There are many ways to vote and register to vote.

In person voting and voter registration:

All early voting locations are open. The closest locations for our Ward are:

Lincoln Park Library, 1150 W. Fullerton 
Near North Library, 310 W. Division
16 W Adams

You may both register to vote (if necessary) and early vote at any of the  early  voting sites.  Hours of operation are: 
  • Friday, March 16: 9 am-7 pm 
  • Saturday, March 17: 9 am-5 pm
  • Sunday, March 18: 10 am-4 pm
  • Monday, March 19: 9 am-5 pm 
    (16 W Adams will be open until 7 pm)
