Or look for the "kiddies corner" by the library where there's a nice little elephant carpet and soft toys - parents can sit nearby.

Relax at a Meditation Playshop, with Lisa Holloway
. Lisa has been a practicing metaphysical teacher and energy healer for over twenty years. She is a Reiki Master/Teacher, certified Polarity Therapist, and Creative Visualization Coach. Lisa is professionally trained as a group facilitator, and provides guided meditation in areas such as forgiveness, gratitude, abundance, healing the inner child, and past life regression. She has a passion for helping others to reach their greatest potential and works to help others identify their innate wisdom and gifts and to use them to build a fulfilling and purposeful life.
Next Playshop date will be March 18th, at 7:00pm.

| Pay it Forward Friday Potluck |
Join us for our Pay It Forward potluck supper on Friday, March 23rd at 6:30.
We enjoy a fabulous meal together and then those who wish to participate, put $10 into a pot and a name is drawn for do something wonderful with the money and report back the following month.
This group is evolving into "Family Fun Night" so bring the kids. We'll have some board games and other fun lined up. Participation in the Pay It Forward is optional.

Metaphysical Psychic Potluck Dinner Tickets available for $20.00 plus a potluck dish. The next psychic potluck is on Thursday, March 29 at 6:00 p.m. Bring a potluck dish, enjoy a fabulous dinner. There will be a variety of readers and you will receive two mini readings. Tickets are $20 plus a potluck dish and are available at the information table on Sunday. You can also call or email the office to reserve your spot or pick up a ticket at our next network meetup.

Kareen and Gordon Holyer are once again offering a Travel Documentary, this time on their one month stay in Korea representing VIU.
This is a most timely topic with information about the culture of both North and South Korea.
Admission is by donation for the labyrinth Fund. That's Friday April 6 at 7:00 p.m.

(Seated Form) Tai Chi class is beneficial to everyone, and is particularly suitable for students who have health and mobility issues. Recent studies indicate that Tai Chi may help with a range of medical problems including Parkinson's, MS, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Asthma, and rehabilitation from hip and knee replacements.
