Worship: Sundays @ 8:15, 9:40, 11:00 am | Wednesdays @ 6:35 pm
Friends,

Ten years ago, the promise to be faithful in our "witness" was added to the profession of membership we make in the United Methodist Church, enhancing our vows to be faithful in our "prayers, presence, gifts, and service." This week provides a perfect opportunity for us to participate more fully in the mission and evangelical responsibility of our church membership.

From Saturday, March 17th through Saturday, March 24th, we are inviting you to join us (and all of our sister churches in the North Central district) in taking the message of God's love "From the Steeple to the Streets." Watch this brief video for more.

To help get us started, I thought I would offer this "Prayer for the Faithful" by Saint Patrick that is a fitting way we can all pray over our community as we go about those things we decide to contribute to this effort.

May the Strength of God guide us.
May the Power of God preserve us.
May the Wisdom of God instruct us.
May the Hand of God protect us.
May the Way of God direct us.
May the Shield of God defend us.
May the Angels of God guard us.
- Against the snares of the evil one.

May Christ be with us!
May Christ be before us!
May Christ be in us,
Christ be over all!

May Thy Grace, Lord,
Always be ours,
This day, O Lord, and forevermore. Amen.

Please be sure to go to our website and pledge your participation. Last year, we had more than 200 participate in "From the Steeple to the Streets" and would love to see that number go up this year!

See you in worship on Sunday when we will continue or message series, Deeply Rooted, with the sermon "Live In Me" (John 15:1-8) by Rev. Catherine Fluck Price.

Grace and peace,
Aaron
