Member Tips, Tools & Press Releases
Columbia Collection Service - Listening Tip
We listen at a rate of 125-250 words per minute. We think at a rate of 1,000-3,000 words per minute. When you are thinking about what you are going to say next while someone else is speaking you are not listening. Active listening is the key to resolving conflict and creating positive outcomes.

Portland General Electric - Winter-Ready?
Is your business winter-ready? Click here to find steps you can take to prepare in case we get hit again with wind or ice this winter.

Doterra - Tabitha Wolz - Essential Oil Tips
Not all essential oils are created equally. The FDA does not regulate essential oils. This means bottles of essential oils sold on the shelf may not go through thorough testing or be 100% pure as the bottle says.

Norwex - Kathy Hill - Chemical Free Tips
Do you know that nearly 80% of all waste on our land and in our oceans now consists of plastic debris? This includes millions of plastic straws! We can make a huge difference by either not using straws or using reusable straws.

Fruit juice is commonly thought of as a health food. Unfortunately, there is just as much sugar in fruit juice as there is in sugary sodas like Pepsi, Coke or Sprite. Health tip: Add sparkling mineral water to dilute it, while making a fun fizzy drink.
