Athena Energy!
Athena is the Goddess of wisdom and justice.
Her roman name is Minerva.
She is very strong right now during this Mercury retrograde cycle.
Why?
Well, her owl stays perched on her shoulder. Owl signifies wisdom and ability to see into the dark recesses of our minds.
Athena carries a shield with the image of medusa.
Medusa's reflection on Athena's shield helped Perseus defeat the serpent headed woman.
This is a time of reflection.
Reflection through detachment. Perseus was able to remain detached and not emotional through the reflection on the shield. That is what Athena wants us to embrace right now. She wants us to reflect on the past through wisdom and not through reaction. A detached way of looking at yourself and your past.
What choices did we make, emotionally that may be keeping us blocked.
Athena asks us to see the inner truth. Delve deep into your subconscious with owl like eyes, that can see in the deepest, darkest recesses of our minds.
Athena also holds the goddess Nike. Nike is the goddess of victory! "Victory is attained when we are in control of our thoughts." she says. "Being thoughtless and impetuous while fighting leads to defeat."
By summoning the wisdom of these two amazing figures, we can overcome any obstacle!
Delving into meditation while using their power will help you find deep, deep issues and blocks from early on in this lifetime or past lifetimes.
You may receive signs from owls, dreams of snakes (which is good, by the way) or feelings of empowerment.
If you feel the need to develop your boundaries and protection, Athena can help you with that as well.
She holds the sword of truth with the shield of protection as well as the pelt of Pallas whom she defeated, that tried to attack her!
Take time to pull back and reflect on your past experiences. What have you learned? Look back with non-reactive eyes and see the truth in situations.
Not all negative situations are negative. We just perceive them that way through our reactions.
Every cloud has a silver lining!
See the truth in every situation.
Release all negativity, regret and resentment.

Kundalini Reiki is a 3 level energy healing system which can provide the practitioner with both energy healing as well as spiritual growth. (Levels 2 & 3 utilize both universal life force energy as well as kundalini energy allowing for the potential kundalini awakening and spiritual development.)
