What happens when you sow into the anointing? Sowing into the Anointing is something that involves TIMING and OBEDIENCE. Remember when Jesus went to Simon the Leper's house in Mark 14:1-9? The woman with the alabaster box of ointment that poured it on Jesus
head - did so in the timing of God and you know what? It was the last act of human kindness that He experienced before His crucifixion. The disciples got angry. Judas in that moment decided to betray Jesus.
Giving Opportunities Bring out the BEST and the WORST in People!
Jesus said "the poor are always available" but that He was not always with them. What does that mean? It means you should always be giving to the poor, while waiting on that timed moment of blessing when you can GIVE INTO THE ANOINTING!
NOW IS THAT TIME!
Do you appreciate integrity in ministry? At Father's Heart Ministry we have a commitment not to do direct appeals except on Friday. My wife and I when we give we don't just wait for the little purple velvet bag to be passed around! (If there is going to be a low moment when the anointing ebbs in a service it is when the offering is passed!).
Why IS That?
Why is it that the enemy militates so hard against God's people giving into the anointing? Why is it that Satan chose THAT moment in Mark 14:10 to enter into Judas? Because when you GIVE INTO THE ANOINTING you will REAP THE GLORY! When Kitty and I FEEL THE ANOINTING that is when w give. We get up, regardless of what is going on and we lay our money at the feet of the apostle, or minister who is bringing that anointing in the service as a carrier of the glory.
