Middle School Test Kitchen: Sriracha
Thursday, March 22 | 4-5 pm
Have you ever wanted to experiment in the kitchen? Now's your chance! Watch a documentary on the hot sauce Sriracha, then experiment with the sauce on different types of foods. For grades 6-8.

High schoolers can head to the library after school to enjoy hot chocolate, library laptops, and a quiet(ish) place to study.

Volunteer Fair
Saturday, April 14 | 2-4 pm
Learn about volunteering opportunities in the community. Representatives from a variety of nonprofit organizations will be present to talk about their organizations, volunteering positions, and more. These locally based groups will include the Glen Ellyn Food Pantry, Bridge Communities, ESSE Adult Day Services, Teen Parent Connection, and Humanitarian Service Project.

Flashlight Egg Hunt with the Park District
Thursday, March 29 | 8:30-9 pm
Churchill Park, 271 St. Charles Rd.
Join us Thursday night for the Flashlight Egg Hunt! The Easter Bunny has left some special treats around the park and it's your job to find them. Grab your flashlight and basket and head out to look for eggs filled with candy and toys. Find the "special egg" and redeem it for one of our fun prize baskets. Check-in starts at 8:15pm. Please be sure to dress for the weather and bring a basket and your own flashlight to make egg hunting easier. For ages 7-10. $6 for residents; $9 for non-residents. Register online.
