Kindergarten Focus!  MBS Kindergarten teacher
(stay tuned for additional teacher bio next week)

Hi I am Ashley Mank. I have my bachelor's degree from Lourdes University and have been with Blessed Sacrament for 3 years. I have a 10 year old daughter, Raelynn and a silly wiener dog, hondro! I love reading books and being outside and really love Target! I look forward to meeting all the new kindergarteners and families next school year. As you prepare for kindergarten I encourage you to read to your child often. Children are made readers on the laps of their parents! Encourage them to be independent. They pack/unpack their own stuff daily, help keep the classroom clean as well as their own areas. Offer similar opportunities for them to do stuff at home. Practice zipping, buttoning, tying! Again, I look forward to meeting everyone in the fall!
