PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS
The Scientific Committee have been working hard to provide a varied and interesting programme for this year's conference. Full details of the programme can be viewed here. Below we have highlighted two of the key sessions that may be of interest to you.
Career Young Statistician's Sessions
Do you have less than five years experience in the industry?  Do you think of yourself as a career young statistician?

If so, then why not attend the two parallel sessions on the first day of the conference, where other career young statisticians will be presenting on Bayesian Methods and Innovative Trial Designs. This is a great opportunity to hear what your colleagues are doing and share experiences.  If you have more than five years' experience you are still welcome to attend the session presentations.

The sessions will be followed by a networking opportunity supported by CALC (Careers and Academic Liaison Committee), dedicated to career young statisticians only.  So grab a coffee (or beverage of your choice) and take advantage of this informal session to meet new people and catch up with old friends. There will also be a  game of people bingo with the chance to win a small prize.

The poster session will follow later on the Monday, which is open to all conference delegates, with the additional networking event in the evening - further details will be released soon!
Regulatory Town Hall

To close this year's conference we will be holding a Regulatory Town Hall, providing the perfect opportunity to discuss regulatory hot topics and issues. The session will be lead by an experienced panel of experts including several panelists from different regulatory agencies.

As the format will be more of an open discussion  we will be asking for questions to be submitted, t o help prepare for the session and enable everyone to get the most out of it.

Questions will be available to submit  in advance of the conference via the PSI website or through the mobile app, and can be given anonymously.

So start thinking about those questions you want to ask...  The submission box will be coming soon online!

Thank you to everyone who submitted an abstract. We received a fantastic range of submissions and the quality was outstanding. We saw a 20% increase on submissions from 2017! The poster session is going to be a great showcase of all the exciting work going on in our industry.

I look forward to seeing you there.
