ESI Updates the Economic Impacts of the 
Mariner East Pipelines
A new report released by Econsult Solutions finds that the Mariner East pipeline project will generate more than $9 billion for the Pennsylvania economy during construction, support 9,500 construction jobs annually over a six-year period and sustain up to 530 permanent jobs when complete.

Pennsylvania Treasury 
Releases ESI Study 

The Pennsylvania Treasury released an ESI study on the impact of insufficient retirement savings on the Commonwealth. The study quantified the net impact of savings shortfall on the economic and fiscal health of the state in the form of increased state public assistance costs and reduced tax revenue, household spending, and jobs.

The Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Sentiment Index

ESI is proud to announce a partnership with the Philadelphia Real Estate Council and the Philadelphia Business Journal to release the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Sentiment Index. The index will be published quarterly.

Philadelphia Makes
Top 20 List for HQ2

Philadelphia has made the list of top 20 finalists vying to become home to Amazon's second headquarters, HQ2.

ESI was pleased to contribute economic analysis to the efforts in Pennsylvania, working with the Team PA Foundation and the Philadelphia team. ESI also provided support and analysis for the Delaware County Commerce Center on its Chester City bid, as well as for Cooper's Ferry Development Corporation on the Camden bid.

ESI attended the 2018 Pennsylvania Farm Fair to unveil an analysis it performed on the agriculture industry's economic impact to the Commonwealth.
