Are you feeling as mixed up as I am these days? One day it's sunny and outside my window the birds are singing in chorus; and the next, the mountains are shrouded in dark clouds, their peaks covered in snow.
I hope that you, like me, are finding ways to get outside and enjoy all the wonders that nature has to offer us.
For all of you in the Bay Area, that's one of the reasons that we are traveling to your neck of the woods to host a hike with John Muir Laws on May 6th in Fremont, CA. John is a highly acclaimed naturalist, artist, and educator who has dedicated his work to connecting people to nature through art and science. As we wander through Coyote Hills, he will reflect on his experiences and work in the Bay Area and the Eastern Sierra, highlighting the urgency of conserving these very special places.
As life speeds up and spring begins to stretch her wings, I hope you can all find stillness and peace in the magic of the changing seasons.
