This Sunday in Crossroads Kids

JESUS BREAKS BREAD
Many of the stories we know about Jesus' ministry involve a meal of some kind. This Sunday our Crossroads Kids will not only learn about when Jesus broke bread with his friends, the disciples, but the meaning of breaking bread with family and friends.

Please ask your children about the songs we are singing, what they learned, and engage with them at home by using the weekly " Take Home Sheet ".

This is an exciting event where we will welcome our community to experience the unlimited welcome Crossroads offers.

I would like to invite you to help me make this event possible!
We need help in the following areas:

-2 greeters to welcome our guests.
-2 people for our information table
-1 person to help our Easter Bunny walk around and pose for pictures with kids
-2 people to help hide eggs (we will have 3 different times for the kids to look for eggs: 12:00-12:3012:45-1:151:30-2:00)
-2 people to help with our bunny Esther, baby chicks and ducklings

Please email Flor Norris-Hoydilla if you can help!

We dyed eggs for our DC Homeless Mission during Dates with a Purpose and our Sunday morning gatherings. The kids had a lot of fun! We will be sending 200 Easter eggs to our friends in DC this weekend.
God is GREAT!

Service Opportunity

Last Sunday, we wrote uplifting notes of love and hope  for o ur DC Homeless friends. We also made fun Easter cards for the School Break  Bundles. The kids love to make these and bring joy to our friends.

  Easter Love Letters from God

Jesus came to teach people how to love. He came to heal us from everything that hurts us, and to fill our lives with joy, hope, forgiveness, and peace. And the more you get to know Jesus, the more you'll discover that this can be your life too.
