School District of Mishicot:  Did you know that your child can attend the School District of Mishicot even if you don't live in the school district? Any Wisconsin resident in 4K to grade 12 may apply to attend a nonresident school district under the open enrollment program. The regular open enrollment application period for the 2018-19 school year is now open and ends at 4:00pm on April 30. Lakeshore Humane Society: On-leash Easter Egg Hunt for dogs is Sunday, March 25, at 1:00pm! Find plastic eggs with dog treats inside or a golden egg to win a prize! Manitowoc Public Library (MPL): Baby Lapsit is an early literacy experience for infants and toddlers under the age of two and their adult caregiver. The program consists of 20 minutes of stories, songs, rhymes, bounces, parachute activities, and bubbles followed by 20 minutes of play time! While Baby Lapsit isn't new to MPL, we've expanded the program to include Thursday evenings for people who might not be able to bring their bambinos for the morning sessions. Thursday Baby Lapsit takes place evenings at 6:30pm in the Balkansky Community Room.
