We know it’s not always easy to run a business, and problems arise that can be difficult to solve. We also know that our Chamber membership is abundant, with a wide variety of resources just waiting to be tapped into. We believe that our members can help each other solve these problems, making our entire business community even better.

Peer to Peer Roundtable Sessions are designed to give Chamber members an opportunity to address any issues or concerns they are having in a small group session where another member might be able to provide an answer or a resource to their peer. These sessions will take place every Thursday in 2018. Up to SIX businesses will be invited per week so that the group can discuss everyone’s concerns in an hour. Stay tuned for your invitation, and we hope you make time to join us and share your concerns when your turn comes around. Questions? Call us at 665-3636.

Question:
"Where's the best place to advertise?"
Amy's Answer:
There are numerous places to advertise, and if you're not careful, you can burn through your advertising budget pretty quickly! Make the most of your dollars by zoning in on the audience that you get the most return from. You may wish to have people of all demographics as your customers, but which populations are really worth spending the funds to target? Find out where and how your target audience is consuming media, and reach them there.

Let’s face it, state and federal laws, city ordinances and county regulations don’t always make it easy to do business, but voicing your concerns as an individual may do very little to sway government decisions. As a member of the chamber, you are part of a larger, stronger network.

It’s your membership…own it!
