If you are a member organisation delegate, please be certain to book your rooms in Bern. The organizers highly recommend the Novotel, Ibis or Ibis Budget, across the street from the expo hall (all may also be booked by emailing here), or the Hotel Allegro, a short distance by tram from the expo hall. There are also other accommodations available in Bern if you so desire.

Also, according to the articles, Member Organisations must...

Send one voting delegate to a GM at least every four (4) years.

Each Member Organization shall be entitled to one voting delegate and five non-voting delegates. The voting delegate must be a member of the Member Organization and have a written mandate from the Member Organization. Non-voting delegates have the right to speak.

All members of each organization are encouraged to attend the conference. It is a wonderful way for our member organizations to network with one another and learn at the same time.
