We found CNNH after the physician caring for my adult daughter moved out of state. Dr. Mintz was recommended by a neighbor whose adult son was under his care. From the minute we entered the waiting room we knew that this was a special medical practice; even the walls were rounded, carefully avoiding dangerous sharp corners that could harm young patients.

 

Beyond the lobby walls we found the staff to be just as inviting and innovative as the architecture. The staff was patient, kind and accommodating. They quickly responded to our request to have paperwork completed and even helped us identify providers that would make house calls for related services.

 

The physician working with my daughter, Dr. Mark Mintz, has been so thoughtful in his evaluation of her. He is scientific, and yet sensitive in his approach. He interacts with her to better understand her. Furthermore, his knowledge of her disorder, and how other biological functions and possible treatment avenues might affect it has been enlightening. I feel like we have finally found someone to "walk with us" in this complex journey to find real solutions for my daughter.

 

After just one year of working with CNNH I am so appreciative of this unique practice. They have the skill level and progress approaches of a large institution and the customer service and compassionate care of a small town doctor.
