From the Principals

Dear Students and Families,

This week we began puberty education workshops at GMS; Planned Parenthood facilitators have run the workshops for us for many years and do an excellent job of creating a safe space for students to learn and in which respect for differences is embraced.  Please ask your child about the workshops and see the announcement below for details.

In addition, all students participated in an SF Jazz Concert in the Gateway High auditorium today; the concert focused on Latino Heritage in Jazz and we thank SF Jazz Center for bringing the show to our students.

Finally, students are preparing their reflections and portfolios for Student-Led Conferences which will be the week of February 20-23; conference sign ups will begin next week.

Thank you,

Mr. Watson and Ms. Schoolcraft

De los directores

Estimados estudiantes y familias,

Gracias,

Sr. Watson y Sra. Schoolcraft
