Sunday Service - 10:00 AM January 28
The Pope on Panhandling
In March 2017, Pope Francis gave an interview to a Milan magazine. His guidance on giving to the needy is kind and compassionate, and likely difficult for most of us to practice. What is your belief in giving to a stranger? How do you react when someone asks "can you spare a dollar?"

January Shared Plate Collection
Pajaro Valley Women's Shelter
The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship has selected the Pajaro Valley Women's Shelter in Watsonville for our Shared Plate Collection in January. Their mission is to assist homeless women, children, and families to obtain stable housing through temporary shelter and services. By lifting their dignity, identifying their barriers, and helping to set their goals, homeless families will develop the skills and attitudes necessary to move on to stable housing and improved economic self-sufficiency.

New Small Group Ministry Series

Small Group Ministry provides an opportunity to explore spiritual questions and to express our Unitarian Universalist principles within the congregation and in the larger community. With groups of 8 to 10 people, Small Group Ministry allows us to be present in each other's lives in an open, supportive, and nurturing environment.
* Meet once a month for a one-year commitment in a private home or at the Fellowship.
* Have a trained facilitator and use a regular format.
* Covenant how to relate to each other, how to serve the congregation and how to serve the community.
Groups will begin meeting the week of February 5.
Registration will take place after Sunday Services or online on the Fellowship website here.
The final date to register is Sunday, January 28.
Questions? Call Ann 359-8096 or Sangye 345-2004.
