Sharing the Joy of Reading
To share the love of reading, the Willow Creek Elementary staff is surprising students at their homes in the evening to read their favorite bedtime stories to the students. With prior parent permission, t
hey began the evening readings in December with a "Share the Joy of Reading" theme. January was a "Pajama Reading Party," and February will be "Share the Love of Reading." Tickets for EMS ISD's Fine Arts Showcase at Bass Performance Hall are now on sale through the Bass Hall box office. This year's show features five elementary choirs, the high school dance programs, and the middle school and high school bands.
Ticket Prices: $28 for one concert or $33 for both concerts ( Plus additional fees for phone & online purchases)

Comanche Springs ES, Ed Willkie MS, and Boswell HS have been selected to pilot the expansion of the district's online Let's Talk! communications system at the campus level. Let's Talk! is an online service that makes it quick and convenient for students, parents, staff, and community members to share their thoughts about anything related to their experience at school or in the district.
