Counselors' Connection
|
PSAT
10th & 11th grade PSAT scores have been published, and students should log in or create an account at
collegeboard.org
in order to view their scores. Students can send their PSAT scores to the
Khan Academy
website, where they can access free, personalized test prep. For more info on understanding your PSAT scores, watch this
2-minute video
. Students who have trouble creating a College Board account can contact Ms. Murtagh in the Career Center for help.
YouScience Profile for Juniors
This Thursday (1/18), counselors will administer the
YouScience
career assessment to all juniors during their English classes. YouScience is an exciting new research-based tool that matches students to potential careers based on their unique aptitudes and interests. Students will start the assessment during their English classes, and then finish on their own at home. We encourage parents to remind your student to complete the assessment at home, and then review and discuss their results with them.
