Winter Assembly Highlights Music, Positive Behavior, Volunteer Efforts and a Farewell to the Carpeted Gym
On December 21, Spring Wood hosted an all school assembly prior to dismissing for winter break. During the day, students had an opportunity to bid a final farewell to the old gym floor by signing the carpet. During the assembly, the choir and band performed and students were recognized for positive behavior by participating in a pie in the face activity with the staff winners from the No-Shave November contest. Money raised from the contest will be donated to a student who is suffering from cancer.
