Don't miss out as the Boston Cannons host their 3rd Annual Coaches Symposium presented by St. Elizabeth's Medical Center at Endicott College on March 25th! Learn from the best players and coaches in the world including Dom Starsia in an exclusive setting, different from any educational coaching session you've attended. Coaches can observe Cannons practice, learn from professionals within the sports industry in classroom sessions, and get inside tips and instruction from Cannons players and coaches, both on the field and in the classroom.  Space is limited to only 150 coaches, so sign up today!  

The day will begin with coaches observing the Cannons practice, followed by our keynote speaker (and Cannons Associate Head Coach) Dom Starsia. Starsia, before joining the Cannons on November 14th of 2017, earned 375 victories, four NCAA Championships, and a selection to the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame from the University of Virginia (1993-2016) and Brown University (1983-1993). 

The symposium will include multiple sessions each hour for coaches to choose from geared towards both beginners and veteran coaches. Sessions will include in-classroom lectures along with on-field instruction with Cannons players and coaches. Sessions from previous symposiums included: Beginner Practice/Game-Plan, Coaching your Beginner Goalie, Advanced Offensive Concepts, Man-Down Defense, & Do's/Don'ts of Shooting. 

We will cap off the day with a cocktail reception providing an opportunity to mingle with Cannons players, coaching staff, and front office members. The 2018 Coaches Symposium will be held at Endicott College, located north of Boston in Beverly, MA.

REGISTRATION: $75.00 per person. Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, classroom and field sessions, and a cocktail reception. 

MBYLL Coaches: This years symposium also counts as a coaching re-certification for MBYLL coaches!  Coaches can only be re-certified who are returning MBYLL coaches with an expired coaching card.  Coaches attending to be re-certified must attend the MBYLL session held from 9am-10am on the second floor of the Post Center.  MBYLL coaches also recieve a discount on registration, please reach out to the MBYLL or your town program president to receive the discount code.  When registering please make sure to check off you are attending the symposium to be re-certified.
