Wild Lime Adventures
If you want to skip the touristy and go for the true immersive experience, tours offered by Wild Lime Adventures are just for you. Wild Lime's daily tour, 1-Hour Air Boat Ride and Nature Walk with Naturalist in Everglades National Park, includes an exhilarating smaller air boat experience where guests experience wild alligators and other wildlife where they should be spotted, in the wild (not in pens)! Guests also go on a nature walk in the actual national park (bucket list item) with an experienced naturalist who highlights the unique Everglades flora and fauna; including alligators and a wide variety of birds up close! Tours offered by Wild Lime attract more educated guests, who are looking for authentic experiences. Wild Lime offers other incredible full and half day tours that allow guests to find the REAL Florida - including those in the Florida Keys, and swamp walks in Big Cypress. Wild Lime arranges private tours for individuals and groups, including larger groups and corporate outings. All tours come with round-trip transportation to and from your hotel.

Rodeo (Homestead, FL - JAN19 - 21)
Welcome to the homepage of the Homestead Championship Rodeo, located in beautiful, sunny South Florida. Our rodeo is a three-day, annual event put on by an entirely volunteer organization, known as the Homestead Rodeo Association, or HRA for short.
Knaus Berry Farm
In 1956, brothers Ray and Russell Knaus begain raising strawberries together in the Redland of South Florida. They set up a small roadside stand near the current Knaus Berry Farm location to sell their berries.
Some of their strawberries were sold through a broker who tasted the cookies made by Ray's wife, Barbara. He told her that they were good enough to sell.
Over the years-along with the strawberries-assorted baked goods, vegetables, and ice cream have become available for sale at Knaus Berry Farm.
Knaus Berry Farm also has U-Pick strawberries and tomatoes.
