This year Philadelphia Magazine's Design Home 2013 is a gorgeous residence of Wrenfield, a private luxury community in Villanova built by JPOrleans.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a magnificent circular staircase that rises up though three floors to a barrel ceiling. Significant impact will be added to the foyer�s appearance with the addition of a stair runner carpet by Floors USA. To further complement this impressive staircase, a crystal chandelier from Main Line Lighting adds elegant style. This expertly crafted piece actually appeared in the James Bond movie, Die Another Day!

We selected Sherwin Williams Emerald line in beiges and blues with white trim and black accents to add drama. The fireplace wall will have floating black shelves and cabinets from Century Kitchens on either side of a �Durango Cream� marble fireplace from Colonial Marble & Granite. I just can�t wait for you to see the stunning fabrics we chose from Coco Curtains to feature throughout the house.

Nothing has been left unadorned, even the faucets from D and K Appliances & Plumbing in the master bath are must-see items. Bob Wagner's Flooring America tile will install some truly amazing designs in all of the bathrooms, as well as a modern backsplash in the kitchen.

I am very fortunate to have such a wonderful group of people behind me to make this Design Home a wonderful place to visit. You�ll have a lot of fun and, because every dollar earned from ticket sales goes directly to the Ronald McDonald House, you�ll be supporting a wonderful cause.
