Need a loan to help start or grow your business?  Unable to get a traditional bank loan due to start-up status, small size of loan or credit issues?

You may be a candidate for the Kansas City Regional Microloan Program, co-sponsored by Justine PETERSEN and the Women's Business Center of the OneKC for Women Alliance with support from the KCMO CDE.

Microloan Program features:

  • Microloans between $500 and $50,000 (average size loan = $8,000)
  • Interest rates between 8-12%, terms up to 72 months

  • How to acquire federal contracts
  • How to become certified as a small business owner, minority or woman-owned business at the state and federal levels.
  • How to build your credit - you'll have the opportunity to access your credit report and receive counseling on improving your credit score

PLUS: SBA Resource Partners and other business organizations will be available to provide information on business assistance.
