Dear  ,

What Do  You Do With An Idea?
WORLD PREMIERE

Inlet Dance Theatre's "What Do You Do With An Idea?" is a dance theatre adaptation of the New York Times bestselling children's book by Kobi Yamada, illustrated by Mae Besom (©Compendium, Inc). The production is the story of one brilliant idea and the child who helps to bring it into the world. As the child's confidence grows, so does the idea itself. And then, one day, something amazing happens. It is a story for anyone, at any age, who's ever had an idea that seemed a little too big, too odd, or too difficult.

Spring Education Connections

"This Could Hurt" at Walton Elementary School for the Boys & Girls Club
This winter/spring semester, Inlet has started many new residencies around Cleveland, as well as continued programs that began back in the fall. In this article, you will see all the different neighborhoods and schools Inlet is teaching. Amidst concert performances, special event services work, and touring, Inlet takes the education portion of our organization just as serious. Before starting each connection, Inlet company members perform an Exposure Concert introducing the students to Inlet and the type of work that is done. Lives can be changed through dance, and Inlet is honored to provide that opportunity. Many of the programs will participate in Inlet's annual Education Matinee in the spring where the students get the chance to perform the exercises, game structures, and choreography on stage for all their friends and family.

Why Do You Choose Inlet?

Inlet is in the middle of its 17th season! There are many reasons to celebrate the life of the organization, and we are going to start by celebrating the lives that have been impacted by Inlet Dance Theatre. This article is "Why Inlet?" because no matter why, how, or when people were involved with Inlet, they have a story to tell and an experience worth acknowledging. Here is Maribeth Van Hecke!
