At the beginning of every month, NASW/CT will notify members by email of upcoming educational programs. These listings are a combination of paid advertising and chapter sponsored programs. Not all programs may be approved by NASW/CT for continuing education credits. Unless specifically noted that a program has been approved, please contact the provider directly for additional information.

NASW/CT approves the content of programs for continuing education (CE) credit. CE approval does not constitute NASW/CT endorsement of the CE provider.

This training will provide you an introductory knowledge of gender identity, and the unique needs and challenges of the transgender population. You will leave with information and action steps to bring more inclusivity and affirmation of various gender identities to your practice. Presented by Sarah A. Gilbert, LCSW, the owner of Transitions Therapy, LLC, a private therapy practice that specializes in serving the transgender community and those who love them.
