School District of Mishicot:  Did you know that your child can attend the School District of Mishicot even if you don't live in the school district? Any Wisconsin resident in 4K to grade 12 may apply to attend a nonresident school district under the open enrollment program. The regular open enrollment application period for the 2018-19 school year is now open and ends at 4:00pm on April 30. Manitowoc County Kennel Club 's next session of obedience classes begins Tuesday, March 27, for Advanced Rally, Puppy 1 and 2, and Beginner Obedience 1 and 2. Registration for all classes is done in person (no dogs) at the Manitowoc County Kennel Club on Albert Dr. in Manitowoc between 6:00 - 6:30pm. We recommend coming to register closer to 6:00pm as classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. Please bring proof of vaccinations, negative stool and a $70 payment by cash or check to registration.

United Way Manitowoc County and Lakeshore Cinema present a Spring Public Awareness Series, which aims at informing and engaging community members about topics of concern. Lakeshore Humane Society: Annual dog licensing fees in Manitowoc County are typically $5-$15 depending on the municipality. Altered pets are licensed at a discount if paid by March 31. Not getting a license is an ordinance violation, and you can be fined. In the City of Manitowoc, cats must also be licensed. Humane Society staff and animal control officers can track license numbers on lost pets for quick reunions. Contact your local city or town clerk or hall for information about licensing. Please be a responsible pet owner.

American Heart Association: The cast and crew of Heart-a-Rama invite you to enjoy this year's show - "Stay Classy Heart-a-Rama!"
