This is an order form for pre-ordered Chick-Fil-A meals at the Gussie Nell Davis Classic, Feb. 10th. When filling out the form, your options are a 8 ct. nugget OR sandwich that comes with chips, cookie and a water. After completing the form, you have an option to pay via CC on PayPal or bring a check to team registration the day of the event.
