In an unexpected move, USCIS announced today, despite prior statements to the contrary, that it will suspend premium processing for cap-subject H-1B petitions filed for FY2019. Cap-subject H-1B petitions will be accepted between April 2 and April 6; we simply will not be able to request expedited processing through the Premium Processing Service.  The suspension is expected to last until September 10, 2018, and only affects petitions subject to the annual H-1B cap.

If you are filing a cap-subject petition through our office which you intended to premium process, and have not yet paid the premium processing fee, we will issue you a revised invoice (or cancel any invoices for just the premium processing fee). If you have already paid the fee, we will refund the payment or apply the credit to another invoice as instructed.
