Bitterly cold? No worries, your library has a warm welcome for you! From kid-friendly early literacy classes and storytimes to special events like Party in the Club in Prior Lake and Create Together in Savage,  we offer a great change of pace when cabin fever strikes. You can even embrace winter with free introductory Kicksled & Snowshoe classes!

Welcome, Readmobile!
We are excited and proud to introduce this great new tool for delivering learning, literacy, and fun to Scott County communities with visits to community organizations, early childhood sites, and special events.

Get a tour and enjoy entertainment and snacks at the open house on Wednesday, Feb 21 from 4:00-6:30pm! Open house details 
The Readmobile vehicle and start-up collection were funded by the Diane J. Sachs Trust and a grant from the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community.

Snowshoe & Kicksled with Three Rivers!

Embrace winter and try out a new activity with these FREE introductory classes from Three Rivers Park District. Best for ages 5-12 (kids under 8 must come with an adult). Registration is required as supplies are limited.

As a family, share creative time together. Create Together classes occur monthly and encourage adults and their school age kids to enjoy creativity together while learning from a local artist.  This month's class is DIY Printing with Artistry on Sat 2/17 from 10:30-Noon. Registration is required, as class size is limited.

Party in the Club Continues 2/3 and 2/24!
Kids and families can come out of the cold for two parties in February. All events take place from 10:30-Noon and are free and open to the public, no registration required:
  2/3: Superhero & Football Party
2/24: Pajama Party with the Teddy Bear Band
