A common misconception of Zumba Fitness is that it is a dance class. It's not. Zumba Fitness is a total body workout disguised as dance. Our battle cry is "FITNESS + FUN = RESULTS!" You'll do a track and be having a time of your life without realizing you've just done 30 squats or 25 standing ab crunches!
Our fee is only $7.00 per Zumba Fitness class - NO MEMBERSHIP FEES / NO CONTRACTS! NO KIDDING! We accept cash, checks or credit / debit cards. There is no reservation to make, just show up, bring a bottle of water and the attitude to GET LOOSE!
ZUMBA FITNESS - Please ensure to wear loose, comfortable workout clothing and tennis / workout shoes. You will sweat! Age requirement for Zumba Fitness classes - 13 years of age and up.
Cost $7 per hourly class
